My Adorable Excuse...

I am sure you noticed that it has almost been 2 Months since my last post!  As I announced earlier this year I am expecting baby #3. (It's a Girl!)  And if you have ever been pregnant before you know that you usually have aversions to certain things.  Of course they are usually food items but for me it has been crafting.  Weird, I know.  But I have not been feeling like crafting at all until just a week ago which explains my lack of artwork posts.  But I will be posting some layouts soon!  Thanks for sticking around anyway.

Baby Baby

This cute little elephant is from a stamp set called Zoology. I can think of many uses for it but the first thing I wanted to do was a baby card. There are four cute zoo animals to chose from in this set, but I like the elepahnt the most.   The banner and the notched squares were cut using Art Philosophy.

Speaking of babies...I have a special announcement.  We are expecting our third child this June!!!  We are so excited.  Pregnancy has been going well so far and we get to find out the gender in three weeks.  Can't wait!!

Supplies Used (All CTMH unless noted otherwise):
Paper: Grey Wool, White Daisy, Tulip, Twilight, Veranda Level 2(retired)
Stamps: Zoology, Rock the Block (polka dots), Typeface Alphabet
Ink:  Grey Flannel, Tulip, Twilight
Cricut: Art Philosophy
Border Punch: Fiskars

Stamps: Universal Backgrounds, Treasure Life, Flourished Blessings
Ink:  Grey Flannel, Black, Gypsy

You Warm My Heart

It has been a while since I have been in the creative mood.  Probably because of all of the demands of the holiday season plus a few birthdays thrown in the mix.  Today I really felt like making something but didn't know what.  So when I get in this kind of funk I find it helps me to recreate something.  I totally CASE'd this card from here. Then afterwards my creative juices got flowing and I have another cute card in the works.  Will post it soon.

Supplies Used (All CTMH unless noted otherwise):
Paper: Kraft, White CS
Ink:  Black, Petal, Sweet Leaf, Sky
Embellishments:  Purple Ribbon (misc.)
